Economic Restructuring Committee: focuses on capital, incentives, and other economic and financial tools to assist new and existing businesses, catalyze property development, and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators that drive local economies.

This committee is comprised of business and community leaders engaging in high-level planning for the future of downtown. Using a systemic approach, this committee pools resources and knowledge to strengthen existing businesses as well as identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This committee is instrumental in the administration of the Revolving Loan Fund and projects related to the Street Scape Plan. Learn more about the revolving loan fund here.
